I really like math (and science). But with all that we have to do as elementary teachers, I wonder how I can make math exciting? It is really easy to just teach from the book, especially considering I am not a math major. What I would like to do is have more interdisciplinary lessons. Maybe math lessons should be based on what we learn in Science, reading, and social studies lessons.
